Our Culinary Philosophy
Looking after your taste-buds is our greatest pleasure.
The chef takes the greatest care in selecting ingredients: they must be fresh, and as far as possible produced locally. Fish and game from local rivers, lakes and woods, the best meat from local farmers we know and trust, crisp salads, vegetables and fruit.
We also cater for vegetarians, vegans and people with allergies.
Of course the cuisine of his Heimat (home) lies at Manfred Ranzinger’s heart.
He gladly turns to old Bavarian recipes, and turns them into refined, contemporary meals.
But he’s also interested in variety, and so it’s no surprise that he’s developed an interest in Asian cookery.
He has made a love of cooking into his vocation.
